Why Green Bridge Society works with Fluent patients
Fluent operates three Pennsylvania medical marijuana dispensaries — Mechanicsburg, Annville, and Hanover — anchoring the south-central PA / Susquehanna Valley region from Cumberland County through Lebanon County into York County. Green Bridge Society is the certification side of that journey, getting patients their PA medical marijuana card so they can shop at any Fluent location.
Green Bridge Society has certified over 100,000 patients across ten medical cannabis states since 2018, with Pennsylvania as our home market. Our telehealth process is built for working adults who can't take a half-day off to drive to a clinic: complete a short intake online, pick a call window, and a licensed Pennsylvania provider calls to review your records and issue your certification. We then walk you through the Pennsylvania Department of Health portal — the part that trips up most patients on their own — so you can complete registration and receive your physical card.
Your FLUENTNEW or FLUENTRENEW discount code is applied automatically when you book through this page — $95 for new patient certifications and $45 for annual renewals.

What you need to know
In Pennsylvania, you need a doctor's certification annually. That's what our doctors do at Green Bridge Society. The PA Department of Health (DOH) is responsible for printing and mailing your card.
It is your responsibility to maintain your account with the PA DOH, but we are here to assist you. Once our doctor issues your certificate, the state will mail your card.
Verify your mailing address with the state before your call with the doctor. This is very important — the state mails your card to the address on file.
Annual state transaction fee: This fee is separate from the doctor's certification fee and must be paid for your card to remain active.
90-day deadline: Transactions with the state must be completed within 90 days of certification or the state will cancel the doctor's certificate and you'll need to repeat the process.
Need help? We're happy to assist you with the state step. Visit our Help Page for guidance and instructions.
Fluent in the Susquehanna Valley — Mechanicsburg, Annville, and Hanover
Fluent's three locations form a coherent south-central Pennsylvania cluster, each anchoring a different mid-sized population center. Mechanicsburg at 6200 Carlisle Pike sits in the Carlisle Pike retail corridor of Cumberland County, serving the Harrisburg West Shore community — including patients in Camp Hill, Lemoyne, and the entire West Shore suburbs across the Susquehanna from the state capital.
Annville at 1015 E Main Street covers Lebanon County and the Route 422 corridor between Harrisburg and Reading, serving Lebanon, Cleona, Palmyra, Hershey, and surrounding rural Lebanon and Dauphin County communities. For patients in this part of central PA, Annville is often the most practical drive — closer than Hershey or Harrisburg dispensaries, and a much shorter trip than heading east toward Reading or south toward Lancaster.
Hanover at 648 Frederick Street anchors the southwestern York County market near the Maryland line, serving Hanover, Spring Grove, McSherrystown, Littlestown (Adams County), and patients commuting from Gettysburg or northern Maryland who happen to be PA residents. Hanover's location makes it the most accessible PA medical dispensary for patients in this corner of the Commonwealth.
Whichever Fluent location is closest to you, your Pennsylvania medical marijuana card from Green Bridge Society is valid at every licensed dispensary in the Commonwealth — Fluent is your closest option, but you're never locked into a single brand.
Fluent partner FAQ
Book through this page and your discount is applied automatically. Use code FLUENTNEW for new certifications ($95) or FLUENTRENEW for renewals ($45) if prompted.
New patients pay $95 (regularly $125) and renewals pay $45 (regularly $50). Your discount is applied automatically when booking through this page. The Pennsylvania Department of Health charges a separate annual state fee that goes directly to the state.
The doctor's certification fee (what you pay here) covers your annual medical evaluation and our portal support. The state transaction fee is a separate annual payment to the PA Department of Health to keep your card active. Both are required — the doctor's certification gets you eligible, and the state fee gets you registered and mailed a card.
Yes. We assist with logins, password resets, address verification, state fees, and troubleshooting. The PA portal can be finicky — especially for first-time users — so we treat portal support as part of your certification, not a separate add-on. Visit our Help Page or call us if you get stuck.
The doctor will try again during your window. Keep your ringer on — calls may appear as "Unknown," "No Caller ID," or "Spam Risk." If you miss it entirely, our office will follow up to reschedule at no charge.
Your certification is submitted to the state portal. You must complete the state transaction (pay the state fee, verify your address) within 90 days of the doctor's certification or the state will cancel it and you'll need to repeat the doctor visit. Make sure your mailing address is correct in the PA portal before your appointment so the state can mail your card to the right place.
Pennsylvania currently recognizes 23 qualifying medical conditions including chronic pain, anxiety disorders, PTSD, cancer, Crohn's disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, sickle cell anemia, opioid use disorder under specific criteria, and others. If you're unsure whether you qualify, the intake form will ask about your conditions and your provider will discuss them on the call.
Records help but aren't strictly required. If you have a recent diagnosis or documentation of an existing condition, upload it during intake — it speeds the call along. If you don't have records readily available, your provider will still discuss your medical history on the call and determine whether you qualify.
Most patients can shop the same day or within 24 hours. After your doctor's call, your certification is submitted to the state portal — once you complete portal registration and pay the state fee, Pennsylvania issues a temporary digital card that dispensaries accept. Fluent accepts the digital card as soon as it's active in the state system.
Absolutely. Your Pennsylvania medical marijuana card is valid at every licensed dispensary in the Commonwealth — there's no requirement to shop exclusively at Fluent. Your card works statewide regardless of which dispensary you eventually visit.
