Portal support is part of every certification, not a separate add-on.

If you don't have records readily available, your provider will discuss your medical history on the call and determine whether you qualify.

In Ohio, you activate the registry profile your provider creates (from the state's email), and the digital card usually follows within a business day or two. HIVE accepts your card as soon as it's active in the state system.

Yes. Your medical marijuana card is valid at every licensed dispensary in the state where it was issued — there's no requirement to shop exclusively at HIVE. Your card works statewide regardless of which dispensary you eventually visit.
