In Pennsylvania, you need a doctor’s certification *annually*. That’s what our doctors do at Green Bridge Society.
The PA Department of Health (DOH) is responsible for printing and mailing your card.
It is your responsibility to maintain your account with the PA DOH but we are here to assist you. Once our doctor issues your certificate, the state will mail your card. It's very important that you make sure your mailing address is correct with the state prior to your call with the doctor. 
Annual State Transaction:  This fee is not the same as the doctor’s certification fee and must be paid separately for your card to remain active.

Transactions with the state must be made within 90 days of certification or the state will cancel our doctors certificate and you will need to repeat the process. Please allow 24-48 hours for your certification to be posted to the PA DOH.
