🛑 Card Not Working at the Dispensary?

Follow these simple steps to restore access:

Step 1: Check Your Card Dates

  • Look at the Issue Date and Expiration Date on your card.

  • If the card is expired or outside the valid date range, it will not work.
→ You’ll need to get a currently dated card to regain access.

If your dates are current, move on to the next step.

💳 Step 2: Check for Annual Payment

Even if you’ve been certified, you must complete your annual payment with the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) to stay active.

📬 Step 3: Update Your Mailing Address (If Needed)

Once logged in:
Go to your Profile Settings and update your mailing address if anything has changed.
(Incorrect addresses can cause delays with receiving your card.)

🔄 Step 4: Check Your Card Status

Still in your Profile Settings:

  • Look for the “Card Status” box.

  • You should see your status as either Active or Inactive.

  • On the right, you’ll see your Payment Due Date.

🕒 If that date has passed, your card has been turned off by the state until you pay.

💵 Step 5: Make Your Annual Payment

  • Go to the “Make Payment” tab in your account.

  • Complete the transaction — this is required every year, even if you expect your payment to be waived.

Once completed:

  • Your payment screen will say “No Payment Due”.

  • Return to your Profile Settings and check that your Card Status now says “ACTIVE.”

✅ You’re All Set!

Your card should now work at the dispensary. If you’re still having issues after following these steps, contact us here for help.
