In order to make your renewal process as efficient as possible, please make sure that you provide correct information on your submission. Once your completed submission and payment are received, we will add you to our doctor’s call schedule. Please watch for the email verification. The call typically happens the same day or next, excluding weekends.

If you have to update your mailing address with the state, please make sure to do that before your call with the doctor. The link to the state can be found under our services tab.

In Pennsylvania, you need a doctor’s certification *annually*. That’s what our doctors do at Green Bridge Society.

The PA Department of Health (DOH) is responsible for printing and mailing your card.

It is your responsibility to maintain your account with the PA DOH but we are here to assist you. Once our doctor issues your certificate, the state will mail your card. It's very important that you make sure your mailing address is correct with the state prior to your call with the doctor. 

Annual State Transaction:  This fee is not the same as the doctor’s certification fee and must be paid separately for your card to remain active.

Transactions with the state must be made within 90 days of certification or the state will cancel our doctors certificate and you will need to repeat the process.

If you have had a medical MJ card in the past and have not deleted your account with the state, you are a renewing patient

Doctors do not provide discounts for being on assistance. That discount is provided by the state and that is taken care of in your portal.
