Medical MJ cards are state issued ID’s and are printed and mailed by the state. That information is provided to you in your patient registration account. Below is a link to the state’s site and instructions on how to read your card status.

Generally it takes 7-10 days to receive your card in the mail from the state.

If you would like for us to verify your status on the state’s side, we will need you to send us a screenshot of your profile settings page showing your card status box.

If your card dates are current, your fee to the state on good terms and your mailing address correct, feel free to click on the highlighted button to “Request Replacement Card”

To check the status of your card, please visit your profile settings page and look for your card status box at the top. If your card is lost or stolen, this is where you can order a replacement card as well.

Dates on doctor’s certificates are irrelevant. If you are a regular renewal, the new certificate doesn’t show up in your account until the old one is no longer active. Only the state has that information. The best place to verify that you are renewed is your card status box above.

If you are not able to do that, please have someone available to assist you with that step and we can then get you in your state account quickly. Our average phone call to help patients with forwarding an email can take upwards of 30 minutes. If you can please prepare for that step, we can then cut those calls down to under 5 minutes.
