Rather than a specific appointment time, you’ll receive a call from your doctor within a time window, typically Morning, Afternoon, or Evening on the day you selected.

👉 The call may show up as “Spam Risk” or “Unknown Number”, so please keep your phone close and your ringer on.

If your doctor has trouble reaching you, they may also send a text message

🧠 Why We Use a Time Window

We do this to allow doctors the flexibility to review your information and call patients in the most efficient order, especially if earlier appointments run long.

Thank you for your patience and understanding — this process helps us keep costs low and wait times short for everyone.

✅Tips:

• Make sure your Name, date of birth, and phone number are correct on your intake form.

• If you miss the call, don’t worry! Just call the office with a better time for you and we will get you rescheduled. If we don’t hear from you, we will send you an email to reschedule.

• Most certifications are issued the same day as your doctor call. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

• Morning: 9AM – NOON

• Afternoon: NOON – 5PM

• Evening: 5PM – 9PM
