West Virginia Medical Cards Made Simple.
Step 1: Review the list of qualifying medical conditions.
Step 3: Once you recieve a Patient Certification from the physician, apply for your medical cannabis card using the link below.
You will need to register for an account if you don’t already have one.
Click the “REGISTER” button in the top, righthand corner.
Step 2: Schedule an appointment with our doctor. You can do that HERE. Once the requested information is received and payment is made, our doctor will reach out to you via phone and complete your certification.
Step 4: Verify the account via the link sent to the email account you used to register.
Step 5: Complete the application in the registration portal (MyComplia)
Step 6: Submit payment via mail (check or money order) or online payment option available with personal checking account information (unless a financial hardship waiver is requested and approved).
Your application will be reviewed within 30 days. After review, you will receive an email update about the status of your application.
If your application is approved, you will be notified via email to login and download your approved OMC Medical ID Card.
If your application needs a correction, it will be rejected and sent back to you to correct and resubmit.You will not need to create a new application, only make the corrections. If your application is denied, you will be informed of the reason via email.
Dispensary.
We will then assist you in finding a state-licensed dispensary to obtain your medication and help prepare you for your trip to the dispensary.

Position status for human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune deficiency syndrome
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Parkinson’s disease
Multiple sclerosis
Damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity
Epilepsy
Neuropathies
Huntington’s disease
Crohn’s disease
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Intractable seizures
Sickle cell anemia
Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain
Terminal illness that is defined as a medical prognosis of life expectancy of approximately one year or less if the illness runs its normal course
