Florida works differently from PA and Ohio. State law there requires a physician to examine you in person before issuing a certification, so there is no phone option — not for new patients, not for transfers, not for renewals, and the virtual cert events don't apply either. Every Florida visit happens face to face at Fusion Wellness, 2300 SE 4th Ave in Fort Lauderdale. AYR runs two Broward County stores within a short drive of that office, in Dania Beach and Hollywood, and the AYR25 code takes $25 off any Florida certification.

Most certification services run a single virtual booking flow. We run a coordinated annual calendar of DOH-approved virtual cert events specifically for AYR patients — eight two-day windows spread throughout 2026. The events apply to every AYR PA location, so it doesn't matter whether you shop at Bryn Mawr, Gibsonia, Indiana, Montgomeryville, New Castle, Plymouth Meeting, or Selinsgrove. You book during a window and get certified the same way regardless of which AYR store you shop at. The events are virtual, so they're a Pennsylvania offering — Florida patients come to the office instead.
3. Full state portal support — not just the doctor visit
Most certification services hand you off after the appointment. The Pennsylvania Department of Health portal (and Ohio's, and Florida's OMMU registry) is where patients actually get stuck — login problems, address mismatches, the $50 state fee, payment errors. We help with all of it. If your card doesn't arrive, your address didn't update, or the dispensary won't honor your card at the register, we troubleshoot it with you. That's part of the partner agreement.
4. We know how AYR's patient flow works
The Green Bridge team has worked with AYR Wellness for years. Your discount is applied when you book through this page. Use AYRNEW for new patients, AYRRENEW for renewals, and AYR25 for any Florida visit. The same codes are printed on the AYR tent cards and business cards at every dispensary register.
In Pennsylvania and Ohio, new patients pay $95 (regularly $125) and renewals pay $45 (regularly $50).
In Florida, new patients pay $174 (regularly $199), transfers from another physician pay $124 (regularly $149), and renewals pay $74 (regularly $99).
Each state charges a separate annual registration fee paid directly to the state — Pennsylvania's is $50, waived for patients on certain assistance programs.
Florida law requires a physician to examine a patient in person before issuing a medical cannabis certification. There's no telehealth option in Florida the way there is in PA and Ohio, and it applies to every visit type — new patients, transfers, and renewals all come to the office. That also means the virtual cert events on this page are a Pennsylvania offering and don't apply to Florida.

Yes. Florida patients can transfer to a new certifying physician, and it costs less than starting fresh — $124 with AYR25 (regularly $149). The visit is in person at the Fort Lauderdale office like any other Florida appointment. Bring your current card and any records from your previous physician if you have them.
Yes. We help with logins, address verification, the state registration fee, payment issues, and any troubleshooting across the PA and Ohio portals and Florida's OMMU registry. Most "my card isn't working" problems are state portal issues, not certification issues — and we sort those out for you.
Every AYR Wellness PA dispensary: Bryn Mawr, Gibsonia, Indiana, Montgomeryville, New Castle, Plymouth Meeting, and Selinsgrove. Your doctor will try again and may text you. Please keep your phone nearby during your appointment window. Calls can appear as "Unknown" or "Spam Risk" — answer them anyway. Florida patients are seen in person, so if you need to move your Fort Lauderdale appointment, just call or text and we'll reschedule.

We're licensed in Ohio as well. Pick OH on the booking form and you'll be matched with a licensed Ohio provider. The AYR partner pricing applies. Ohio's certification process and state portal differ slightly from PA's — we walk you through whichever applies to you.
Most patients don't need to provide records to be approved. Our doctors evaluate you based on your current symptoms and history at the appointment. If you have records, they can help — but they aren't required. Florida patients should bring any records with them to the Fort Lauderdale office.
